15-Minute Upper Body & Core Workout

The Warm Up (4-5 minutes):
20 bear crawls
20 dead bugs
10 cat/cows
Repeat one more time through.

The Workout (10 – 16 minutes):
Today’s workout is an upper body and core workout, to be done at your own pace.

Complete 3 rounds of the below, NFT*:
40 jumping jacks
30 mountain climbers
20 flutter kicks
10 hand release push ups
5 x 10″ superhuman hold

Rest as needed between movements and rounds.

*NFT = not for time. An NFT workout means to rest as needed and focus on form.

The Cool Down (1+ minutes):
60” child’s pose

    Substituted standing crunches and curls/flies for the mtn climbers and push-ups. Can’t put weight on my wrist.
