Hop On It

Today, we’re prescribing exercises and a number of reps, with a focus on your lower body and core. You decide how to get these reps done! Split them into sets or just work through the list in order.

Mood Elevator

Today we’re doing pyramid workout which will hit your upper body, lower body, core, and heart rate. We’re getting your whole body and elevating your mood with this one!

Super Animals

Today’s workout is an upper body and core workout, made up of “Supersets.” Supersets are pairs of exercises that are done back-to-back before moving on to the next pair of exercises.

The January TWT 500

Time for a TWT fan-favorite workout… the TWT 500! This is a timed conditioning test that we revisit about once per quarter.

March Along

Today’s workout is a full body and heart rate workout, to be done at your own pace. We’re working the heart rate, then slowing it down with intentional movement. Remember to breathe and recover during slower movements.

Drop, Tap, Lift, Repeat

Today, we’re doing a 12 minute lower body and core focused EMOM. Each minute for 12 minutes, repeat the below and rest until the next minute begins. Give each round full energy and enjoy your recovery.

Short, Speedy, Sweaty

Today, we’re doing a full body AMRAP*. Move at a speed that challenges you, but without compromising intentional movement and good form.

The Last Workout of the Year

Today’s workout is an upper body workout with some added core work. You’ll move down to the ground and up again over and over – be sure to move through those transitions intentionally, engaging your core and using them as part of the workout!
