Today’s workout is an upper body and core workout, made up of “Supersets.” Supersets are pairs of exercises that are done back-to-back before moving on to the next pair of exercises.
Today’s workout is a full body and heart rate workout, to be done at your own pace. We’re working the heart rate, then slowing it down, over and over. Remember to breathe and recover during slower movements.
Time for a TWT fan-favorite workout… the TWT 500! This is a timed conditioning test that we revisit about once per quarter.
