An energizing EMOM for your upper body, core, and heart rate

The Workout Today for Monday, March 22nd, 2021

The Warm Up (3-4 minutes)
40 fast feet
30 walking lunges
20 crab walks
10 cat/cows

The Workout (12 minutes)
Today, we’re doing a 12 minute EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute.)

Each minute for 12 minutes, repeat the below and rest until the next minute begins. Give each round full energy and enjoy your recovery.

6 jumping jacks
push ups (modification: bench push ups or knee push ups)
6 leg raises

If you want to challenge yourself a bit further, plank between some or all rounds in lieu of rest.

The Cool Down (2 minutes)
60” thread the needle stretch each side

      Done. I skipped the rest (and the plank) and went through the 12 sets without stopping. Got into a nice rhythm. Thanks for the photo of Ribbon Canyon, stunning!
