Heart rate boosting upper body and core workout

The Workout Today for Monday, April 5th, 2021

The Warm Up (4-5 minutes):
30 a-skips
20 bear walks
10 cat/cows

Repeat one more time through.

The Workout (10 – 16 minutes):

Today’s workout is an upper body and core workout full of fast-paced exercises, to be done at your own pace (otherwise known at NFT or Not For Time.)

Complete 3 rounds of the below, NFT:
40 fast feet
30 mountain climbers
20 flutter kicks
10 burpees (modify: burpees without a push up or low impact burpees)

These movements are fast paced, but you don’t need to rush. Move intentionally and rest as needed between movements and rounds.

The Cool Down (1+ minutes):
60” child’s pose
