As you know, we’re big fans of bodyweight workouts for their accessibility and efficiency. But bodyweight movements also have their limits. Since we started The Workout Today nearly three years ago, we have heard from hundreds of readers with the same question:

We personally love at-home weight training. Weights are a fantastic way to build strength and bone density, improve your health and longevity, and generally level up your fitness.
